I'm Toni León, a product designer with a strong focus in user experience and a passion for accessibility and collaboration. I intend to use my skills in a role that will allow me to increase social equity. As a natural leader, I am happy to lead initiatives that foster DEI, accessibility, and cultivate a sense of team camaraderie.
I'm a research-oriented designer by nature, but I can adapt and rapidly iterate on designs in situations where time and research are constrained.

2022 - 2023
National's Mobile App redesign began as a team effort which dwindled in size until I was the last designer on the team for the final 3 months of the project. Which included me revising several "completed" designs and creating new integral flows such as location map view, member enrollment, and special case reservation flows. I oversaw the handoff process between our agency and the client once the design phase was completed.
